For those of you not in the know, on the left you will see my main character Aileene, a level 80 Blood Elf Mage.Yes, it is true i play World of Warcraft, and i LOVE IT!

I have dedicated hours of my life to leveling this character, many many hours, too many if you ask some people.Am i addicted? Yes.The plot line is as interesting as the game itself and with the questing zones, and quest chains the story evolves and you are making history on Azeroth.

It took me months of work to achieve level 80 and along the way i picked up some useful skills such as fishing and cooking, i earned achievements for doing various things and collecting items as well as made friends.I just recently got to 80 too, literally a week before writing this i got to 80 in a dungeon called Utgarde Pinnacle, and i wouldn't have been able to do it if it hadn't been for Thomasbecket a priest who was the same level as me.Thomas and i began doing dungeons together around level 72 and we both recognized that the other was pretty good at our respective "job" within a group, i the damage dealing DPS and he the life preserving healer and it got to the point that if either of us were in separate groups looking for either DPS or heals we would message the other person and invite them along. These Dungeons give experience points or XP and the XP is what bumps a character to the next level.I was in another dungeon, Halls of Lightning and Thomasbecket said to me that his guild was going to run him through Utgarde Pinnacle to try and level him and since he knew how close i was he asked if i wanted to come along, my response? OF COURSE!!!!<Nyx>, his guild were all very nice and welcoming and at the very end once turning in the quests for that Dungeon i did it, I HIT LEVEL 80!
Now that i am level 80, my path is clear... try to get gear so that i can raid the endgame content.Which is turning out to be a bit tricky considering i am no longer in a big raiding guild but am in a newly formed guild called <This is Vengeance>.My best friend (picture of us to the left) started it up and i joined to help.In between recruiting other high level characters i am leveling up Herbalism and Inscription (my chosen professions) and doing heroic daily dungeons so that once we have enough level 80 players we can start the raid progression through Naxx and beyond!

And as my parting sentiment for today....FOR THE HORDE!!!!!

The Elegant Universe, by Brian Greene is a fantastic book about well... the Universe. It's true, the entire universe and our entire understanding of it, or the lack thereof are what comprise this book.

It is a great read for physics buffs such as myself, but you don't have to be a genuis to understand the concepts because Greene makes it readable by those who have only a basic understanding of physics.I have only had an honors course in high school physics, and granted i have read other books on physics so my knowledge does extend a little beyond high school however, while terms like quantum mechanics, weak gauge bosons and spatial geometry might scare the average person, they excite and intrigue me, and luckily they come with handy explanations and illustrations.

Greene writes with a surprisingly amusing and tongue-in-cheek style that keep the reader interested as well as elliciting a chuckle every now and then to relieve and refresh puzzled minds.

From Newton to Einstein and beyond, the buildup to super-string theory and its attempt to unite physics on a quantum and relativistic level reads like any drama packed romance novel with a pastel pink and risque cover. Discoveries and failures, measurements smaller than Planck's length to theories that cover beyond the known universe this book will challenge the reader to not only come to a better understanding of the laws and theories of modern physics, but also inspire you to ask the fundamental question that has everyone furiously scrambling to be the first to answer with certainty... Why?

have recently visited a Japanese Seafood Buffet called Minado located in Norristown, PA and let me tell you it was nothing short of an amazing meal. The interior was a feast unto the eyes and whet my appetite for what eventually became the best sushi i have ever tasted.

As i walked in, the decor was a very tasteful, modern style. The lighting was suspended from the ceiling in a contrasting geometric grid and was neither too bright nor too dim.The buffet itself was an outcropping from the wall and surrounded the workable kitchen so the freshness was guaranteed because you could see your food being prepared and your sushi being rolled.

The food itself as i have already stated was amazing.I am a new subscriber to the sushi craze and while i did not sample any of the raw fish or other versions of seafood/sushi i did have California rolls that were to die for.The avocado was neither too firm nor too soft, it was perfectly ripe and the flavor was just as wonderful, the rice was appropriately sticky and the crab substitute did not taste at all like a substitute.I was there with my best friend his sister who had more extreme palates and who both tried the rest of the sushi there and each were raving about their selections. You can read my best friend's blog at www.evilje3nyu5.com and see his take on the experience as well as whatever else he decides to ramble on about!
After eating the sushi and various types of salads we moved predictably to dessert. They have the typical bite size pieces of cake in different flavors and i would recommend sampling them all if you have the room in your stomach. I was not disappointed even once as i tried the mocha, the raspberry and the unique tasting green tea flavors. I also ate the coconut cookie because i love coconut in general and it was also quite tasty. All in all the entire visit was wonderful, it was delicious and boy was it worth the drive. While costing a bit more than other buffets the quality of the food more than makes up for the difference in price. So if you are hungry for some great food look up your local Minado and enjoy!
